Complete with basketball specific training complemented by strength, flexibility, endurance, explosiveness, acceleration and deceleration training.

Athelite is proudly heading into its 9th season of providing a fall AAU traveling/local schedule for high level athletes who are looking for knowledgeable coaching and exposure to high-level competition in British Columbia and Washington. Athelite offers teams for BOTH boys and girls up to and including U10 to U15 (Elite & Select teams). Team practices are complemented with skill sessions training for optimal development.
