Heading into the 7th year of our MOST popular training program. A complete 8 week pre-season training program for High School players (grades 8-12) to get you into peak form for the start of your school season. Complete with basketball specific training complemented by strength, flexibility, endurance, explosiveness, acceleration and deceleration training.

*Only 80 spots available per group per gender 
**2 On Court Training Sessions/ 1 SAQ Session 

***SAQ (Strength, Agility, Quickness) sessions offered by BC PREP Trainers

AE YOUTH FALL TRAVEL TEAMS

Athelite is proudly heading into its 9th season of providing a fall AAU traveling/local schedule for high level athletes who are looking for knowledgeable coaching and exposure to high-level competition in British Columbia and Washington. Athelite offers teams for BOTH boys and girls up to and including U10 to U15 (Elite & Select teams). Team practices are complemented with skill sessions training for optimal development.
