AthElite Basketball Academy will be holding tryouts for boys & girls from grades 8-12 for the "Elite Squad" Training Program. The academy will be selecting 10 players (boys/girls) from each grade level for individualized training throughout the high school season. Training will be every Sunday from September to March. During the high school season majority of time is spent on team concepts/systems as individual skill development is often neglected. "Elite Squad" Training Program will allow the serious basketball players to develop their individual game during the entire high school season.

AthElite Basketball Academy is pleased to annouce dates of our Fall Season of the AYBL. The Fall Season is set to tip-off on September 18-2010. The AYBL will be a league like no other in the City of Surrey as it will offer 1 gameday per week and 1 day of skill developement per week. The AYBL is a co-ed league which will hold all games/skill days at Guildford Recreation Center. AthElite Basketball Academy will have 2 Metro teams (1 boys & 1 girls) this season which will compete in the BBC Metro league from November to March. In addition to the Metro league our teams will compete in 3 Elite tournaments during the Fall & Winter. Both teams this season will be coached by Head Coach Aman Heran with weekly practices focusing on individual skill development, team concepts and building basketball IQ.
